Blog - Combining Pentatonics with Hammer on's & Pull Offs Part 3

Following on from the previous several blogs, we can now begin to focus on combining legato techniques with scales to maximum your practice time as well as begin to master skills that your are most likely to come across as you continue to develop as a guitarist.

The tabs below show how you can now ascend in hammer on's and descend in pull offs across the entire 5 shapes of the Minor Pentatonic Scale. Focus on practicing with a metronome thus allowing you to improve your timing as well as building a smooth legato technique. Once you feel comfortable begin to increase the tempo!
